The 2019 the first Neo-Tresax non-professional conference was held in December 2019 title “EMPLOYABILITY OF THE UNSKILLED “. The conference was organised to kick-off our transportation and logistic department. Participant were taught how to seek for jobs and how to maintain their employment status. In the course of 2020 many of these participants were given motorcycles and tricycles for hirer purchase and are now proud owner of these hired bikes and tricycles. Also logic drivers for buses were employed. In year 2021, we hope to expand our fleet of buses while increasing our hirer purchase capacity.

- December 2019 Employability for the unskilled: In December 2019 we held a seminar themed “Employability for the unskilled” for unskilled participants were we introduced our company. We launched our hire purchase plan for motorcycle and tricycle to our participants. This plan was well received and we commenced with activities.
- December 2020 Empowerment, Employment and Entrepreneurship (EEE): Our symposium in December 2020 focused on life after hire-purchase, when all payments are made and transfer of ownership occurs. We speak about keeping the momentum and introduced new ideas on how to proceed. We also introduced our logistic buses for the transportation of goods, also NTIL employed new bus drivers.
